ELECTRICAL ENGINEER – SITE ENGINEER
  • Graduated from reputable universities and preferably Registered Electrical Engineer.
  • At least three (3) years’ work experience in Installation of Electrical, Auxiliary, and Utility Systems.
  • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Engineering Documentations, Method Statement preparation, Technical Specifications, and Planning and Scheduling.
  • Knowledgeable in preparation of Shop Drawings (ISD and CSD) and As-Built Drawings.
  • Hardworking, articulate, team player and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Can directly supervise skilled workers of various skills level.
  • Computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
  • ISO oriented and have undergone Basic Safety training.
  • Willing to be relocated anywhere in the Philippines for project assignment.
MECHANICAL ENGINEER – SITE ENGINEER
  • Graduated from reputable universities and preferably Registered Mechanical Engineer.
  • At least three (3) years’ work experience in Installation of Mechanical (HVAC), Plumbing/Sanitary, Fire Protection, and Utility systems.
  • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Engineering Documentations, Method Statement preparation, Technical Specifications, and Planning and Scheduling.
  • Knowledgeable in preparation of Shop Drawings (ISD and CSD) and As-Built Drawings.
  • Hardworking, articulate, team player and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Can directly supervise skilled workers of various skills level.

CAD OPERATOR

What you’ll be doing

  • Prepare the shop drawings for submission and for site implementation.
  • Prepare the master shop drawing list in coordination with the project manager and site engineer.
  • Check and incorporate all the necessary structural drawings, architectural drawings and drawings of other trades in the preparation of Shinryo’ shop drawing to avoid possible conflicts at site during installation.
  • Include inputs from site engineers regarding condition.
  • Control the numbering of drawings and implement a systematic filing system for easy retrieval and referencing.
  • Report to the CAD Team Leader all site concerns, problems and progress status.
  • Help achieve objectives and compliance of the construction industry in relation to quality and standard.

What we’re looking for

  • Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of MEPF engineering drafting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with engineering design processes and project management.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
